DigDispatch
Vac trucks, dispatched without the phone tag.
Dispatch for hydro-excavation work. Pipeline, HDD, and utility crews post the job with exact map pins and the hours the site is open; every vac company in range gets a text, picks its hours, and claims it.
The long version
Getting a vac truck to a jobsite still mostly happens by phone. A superintendent calls around, leaves messages, describes a location over the phone, and hopes someone shows up at the right corner. DigDispatch replaces that loop.
The contractor drops pins on a satellite map for every pothole, bore pit, staging area, gate, and dump spot, then lists the days and hours the site is open. Vac companies whose service area covers the site get a text and an email within seconds.
The vac company picks the hours it will work inside those windows, split across days with a truck count on each block, and claims the job. Or the contractor reviews requests with ratings and distance and picks one. Crews can reply CLAIM to the text straight from the truck.
It is built around how the money already moves. DigDispatch never sits between contractor and vac company; POs, net-30, and checks stay exactly as they are. The approved work ticket, the PO, and the invoice live together on the job so AP can match them.
