Recon Desk
Recon it or ship it.
A used-car reconditioning desk for dealers. The appraiser enters a trade, its issue list, and the money; real book labor times and the store's own policy thresholds return a RECON, AUCTION, or BORDERLINE verdict with line-item math.
The long version
Every used-car department makes the same call a dozen times a week, mostly on instinct: is this trade worth reconditioning, or should it go straight to auction?
Recon Desk answers it with arithmetic. The appraiser enters the vehicle, the issue list, and the numbers. Real all-makes labor times come out of the Open Labor Project, the store's own policy thresholds get applied, and the verdict comes back with the math shown line by line.
Acquired units then move through a stock-numbered pipeline board with days in recon, cost per unit against plan, and live projected gross.
The incumbents in this category charge upward of $750 a month for workflow alone, with no repair content and no estimating behind it. Owning the data layer is the whole point.
